Executive Management
The executive management has two main tasks; first it links the overall strategy to the business unit strategies, plant strategies and the functional strategies of the service units. Second it decides upon organizational framework conditions to enable strategy
implementation. The organizational structure allows the expressed allocations for different functions and processes to different entities.
